When you think of Operations, you think of having processes and procedures in place that support and guide the highest level of efficiency within your organization.  While defining effective processes, procedures, workflows, and controls is the foundation of your business, communicating them effectively via clearly written, concise documentation and impactful training is the foundation of ours.

As a cost saving measure, many firms will task management and staff with the responsibility to write their own procedures – after all, they are the subject matter experts.  However, being knowledgeable about a job or task doesn’t automatically enable them to write good procedures – and the costs associated with poorly written procedures can be very high: errors, non-compliance with policies, job dissatisfaction, and safety issues, to name a few.

Our finance experience is wide and deep.  We have vast experience working both with firms within the financial industry, as well as with Finance departments of firms in various industries.
